The expert speakers will share their experiences in overcoming challenges to achieve great success and will give advice on career development in the male-dominated drinks sector.
Nicole Underwood has successfully established three recruitment firms in Adelaide while balancing motherhood, to become a sought-after speaker and noted female entrepreneur.
Underwood has placed hundreds of professionals in their dream jobs, fulfilling her desire to drive herself and others to greater levels of success. With a degree in Management (Marketing and HR), Underwood has worked in several recruitment firms including setting up Recruitment Solutions Adelaide office before establishing Entrée Recruitment in 2001. Underwood has established her own recruitment company Underwood Executive and has been recognised in the Telstra Business Women of the Year and Young Business Women of the Year awards. She is a sought-after guest speaker and her blog on recruitment retention results receives national readership.
Ruth Morgan, formerly of Hender Recruitment, is a Director and Executive Performance Coach of Creating Healthy Careers. She is also a Director of Elevate Women.
As a Performance & Career Wellbeing Coach, Morgan works with people to help them align their career with their passion and purpose. After 25 years' experience in the executive recruitment and career transition markets, Morgan has seen how career addiction can negatively impact our health, relationships and life in general. She challenges her clients to take a closer look at what's working and what's not and overcome blockages and patterns that could be preventing them from reaching their potential and achieving sustainable success.
