StayinFront wins 6 best-in-class distinctions in 2019 POI Vendor Panorama

StayinFront has triumphed in the Promotion Optimization Institute’s (POI) 2019 Vendor Panorama for Retail Execution and Monitoring in Consumer Goods.

The leading global provider of mobile, cloud-based field force solutions and EPoS analytics for the consumer goods received Best-in-Class distinctions for Mobile UX, Analytical Insights, Retail Activity Optimization, Guided Selling, Coaching and Interactive Customer Presentations. 

The report, authored by POI Chief Commercial Officer Pam Brown, highlighted StayinFront’s analytics, citing StayinFront 20:20 RDI and StayinFront Digital as key differentiators that enable consumer goods organisations to drive actionable insights to help them “sell more.”

The Panorama also highlights StayinFront’s in-depth and easy-to-use UX capabilities and its customizability for companies of all sizes and needs.

New feature enhancements to TouchCG and TouchCG Admin Portal

StayinFront has also announced its latest release, StayinFront Consumer Goods 12.24, which includes new features added to the TouchCG Admin Portal and TouchCG.

TouchCG Admin Portal is StayinFront’s operational back office tool that drives efficiency by enabling system administrators to manage in-field and telesales teams and enables them to maximize the power of their system.

The latest release adds new functionalities for administrators to seamlessly manage records from picklists on their new Master Data Management Dashboards. Consumer Goods 12.24 also provides further support for sales regions and cycle priorities with added capabilities resulting in actionable insights driven to these dashboards to help improve field force efficiency and effectiveness.

StayinFront TouchCG now supports camera scanning, with functionalities for scan to search, scan to order and scan to sequence using Bluetooth-connected laser scanners for Android - 12.6.0.x, iOS - 6.0.x and Windows users. In-Grid Editing now supports updated default fields, including territory form, role form, in-store questions online grid, survey questions online grid and schematic group form.
