Nicole Stanners is the Marketing Director of Campari Australia, the Australian subsidiary of Gruppo Campari, an Italian-listed, international spirits and wine business. The company owns well-known premium global brands such as Wild Turkey Bourbon, Aperol, Cinzano, Appleton Estate, Frangelico and the company’s namesake, Campari.
Nicole has more than 20 years marketing experience. She has held local, regional and global marketing roles across Europe, Asia and Australasia for leading FMCG companies such as Unilever, Cadbury, SCA and Diageo.
Nicole has a personal passion for creating and seeding premium brands with purpose that have the ability to drive cultural change.
Andy Gaunt has 20 years of beverage industry experience, beginning behind the bar, before making the move at the turn of the millennium to a career in marketing and business development for some of the world’s most famous premium spirit brands, Andy has experienced first hand the impact of premiumisation on bar and drinking culture on a global basis.
Having spent well over 10 years at Diageo, in global innovation and marketing, Andy was central to the development of Diageo’s premiumisation strategies, working in their UK business, in global marketing and market development, and across Asia Pacific, where he headed up Diageo’s luxury spirits portfolio.
Now based in Sydney, Andy established Source Consulting to partner with drinks companies looking at the opportunities presented by today's changing dynamics and demand for better quality.
Andy leads the business interests of Fever-Tree mixers across Asia Pacific, and through his agency, provides insight and capability development to his clients looking to harness the power of premium, while also advising, mentoring and guiding the next generation of drinks entrepreneurs.
