The Victorian Chapter of Women in Drinks will explore "Cross Functional Career Change" at its next event.
A panel featuring Janine Kennedy (TWE Project Director, Global Projects), Mia Lloyd (GM VIC/TAS Thirsty Camel) and Lucy Nandi (Lion Major Accounts Capability Leader), will headline the breakfast function.
Women in Drinks State Chapter Chair Angela Burgum noted that flexible and agile careers could become the norm in this highly connected and tech savvy world.
"Our panel will share how opening new doors and expanding your knowledge can create value in your career," she said. "This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity for our Victorian members and their colleagues."
Caroline Coon, Director of Communications at TWE, will facilitate an inspirational and informative discussion on the cross functional career journeys of the panel, who will discuss topics such as their defining career moments, biggest challenges, personal attributes that have been integral to their success and mentoring.
